We get this one all the time, especially from folks who are new to the AO world. Here's the honest breakdown.
The short version
Classes are coached group workouts. Energetic, social, following our weekly programming. You walk in, the workout is on the board, the coach runs the show.
SGPT stands for Small Group Personal Training. Capped at 6 people. More individualized, custom programming built around your goals. Same room, same coach, same small crew - but the workout is yours.
Full Access is exactly what it sounds like: classes plus SGPT, no limits.
Both Classes and SGPT are great. They're just built for different goals.
